Katia Sol Madjidi PhD Dissertation - The Ecology of Transformation from katia7sol
In 2014, Ecology of Leadership Co-Director Katia Sol (Madjidi) published her PhD Dissertation through the University of Toronto, The Ecology of Transformation.  This research examined the Ecology of Leadership as a model of transformative education for the Great Turning.  The dissertation explores how the program has impacted the individuals who have participated in it, and what the results or "outcomes" have been.  It concludes by articulating the “Ecology of Transformation,” a holistic model for transformation that incorporates inner and outer change with practices for reconnection to oneself, the natural world, and the village.
