THE FACILITATION PATH

Participants who have completed the 6-month Immersion as well as a full cycle of the Advanced or Expansion Track are invited to apply to come back in service as a member of our Facilitation Pathway.

Joining our facilitation path could be a great fit for you if you are feeling called to more deeply integrate and root your EOL experience, learning, and practices into your life, and if you would like to step further into leadership and service by exploring and developing capacity to hold space and support the container of an EOL circle.

As part of your journey as a facilitator, you will…
  • Deepen your own learning and further integrate your own EOL journey
  • Cultivate your EOL practice in all areas of your life
  • Learn effective, transferable leadership and facilitation skills
  • Explore your roots and canopy as you lean further into your creative scenes
  • Hold space for other people’s learning and unfolding
  • Participate in and contribute to the evolution of EOL programming
  • Receive direct support for your personal growth and leadership journey by being part of an intimate circle of facilitators

How it works:
  • Attend every weekend of the EOL program
  • Attend a special one-day training gathering for the Facilitation Team on the day before program launch
  • Attend evening prep gatherings on the Thursday evenings before each EOL weekend gathering (6-9pm), and debriefs on the Sunday evenings after EOL weekends (approx. 6-7:30pm)
  • Participate in 1 facilitation team conference call each month to prepare for, collaborate on, and debrief the weekends
  • Take on being a pod leader and support resource to a group of 5-6 program participants between EOL course weekends, via email, phone, and conference calls
  • Facilitate select program elements with guidance and in collaboration with the instructors and other alums
  • Create and engage an individual development plan and learning objectives
  • Do focused Creative Scene work and stay committed to integrating your EOL tools
  • Dance on your leadership edges in a supportive village container
  • Participate in the facilitation team’s buddy system
Your Investment:
The facilitation team pathway, while a position of service, is also an opportunity for intensive learning and growth and a continuation of the EOL educational journey.  Facilitation team members receive direct support from the leadership team for their personal growth and development, as well as the cultivation of their facilitation skills.  For these reasons, we ask facilitation team members to contribute to the program financially, on a sliding scale basis.  The first time that facilitation team members participate, there is a sliding scale as indicated below. We are happy to support you with a payment plan for this if needed.

Many facilitation team members choose to continue on the team for several cycles of EOL, and each subsequent round on the facilitation team has a diminished contribution level until there is no cost for participation.

Tuition for Members of the Facilitation Team in the first round of participation: $900-$2400 Sliding Scale
