What has your previous experience in the Ecology of Leadership container opened up your life so far, and what aspects of EOL are drawing you back for deeper work?
Why do you feel the timing is right to embark on the Expansion Track now?
Where are you most lit up in your life and leadership right now?
Where are your growing, emerging edges?
Where in your life and leadership do you feel most challenged right now? How do you see the Expansion Track supporting you with those challenge(s)?
What qualities and gifts do you feel you would bring to an Expansion Track cohort?
What life themes or projects (inner or outer) do you already know you would bring to work with in this circle? We will spend time articulating your leadership action plan during the program - this is just to prepare the soil.
Where do you see yourself landing at the end of the Expansion Track journey? What shifts, openings, changes would you like to walk away with from your experience?
Are there any conditions or personal needs that you feel are important for the facilitators to know about, or current life circumstances that might prevent you from fully participating in the program? Please include any psychiatric conditions, medical conditions, or emotional or chemical imbalances for which you have been diagnosed, and if so how you are being supported in working with this (e.g. therapy, medication, exercise, etc.). We will hold this confidential.
Are you able to attend all sessions including evening programming? If you know of a conflict, please describe.
Are there any other reflections you would like to share with us as we consider your application to join the Expansion Track cohort?
