By participating in the Ecology of Leadership, you are making an investment in yourself, to more powerfully live YOUR LIFE, whatever your specific goals and dreams may be. We have seen participants in our program transform every area of their lives - including founding successful businesses, enjoying new levels of financial abundance and freedom, finding their life partners, becoming pregnant (sometimes following many years of fertility challenges), getting their dream jobs, creating intentional communities, healing their relationships with family members and community, going on to complete graduate degrees, spearheading major community service initiatives, and more.

I was hesitant to spend money on something that didn't 'certify' me to do something else in work.  But the pull from my heart told me to do this anyway, and it has been by far the most important and most valuable investment of my life.  Taking the time to just sit for days at a time surrounded by an entire village of support is unlike anything I've ever experienced and I was able to do the work that needed to be done to catapult myself into a world of possibilities that I could never have imagined on my own.

The EOL Immersion

18 Instruction days

WAYS TO SUPPORT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN EOL

We understand that many of the people who are called to our programs are themselves in positions of service, and are often trying to find ways to thrive while doing their heart's work.  We offer a variety of discounts, scholarships, partial work-trade opportunities, payment plans, and other suggestions to help participants with their tuition. As part of our commitment to equity and social justice, we have a limited number of reduced tuition spots that are reserved specifically for people of color.  If you identify as a person of color that is also in need of financial support, please complete our Scholarship Application.

If you register and pay in full by August 1st for the 2019-20 Heart of Leadership program, you are eligible for a $500 discount off of the full price of tuition.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

We strongly encourage participants to reach out to their employers and communities for financial support.  Past participants have had great success using development funds from their place of employment to cover EOL tuition. Others have created community-sourced fundraising campaigns or have found private donors to support their participation. If you'd like to speak with other alums who have taken this path, let us know.

PAYMENT PLANS

PARTIAL WORK-TRADE 

If needed, we can offer a payment plan to support you in paying for EOL.  Please note that due to the extra time and support required to set up and administer payment plans, there is additional $150 administrative charge added to the total of your tuition, that will be distributed across your payments together with your amount due.  To set up a payment plan, please register with a deposit of $500 and then contact us.
We have a limited number of partial work-trade opportunities for our upcoming programs.  We are seeking individuals with the following specific skill sets:  Filmmaker; Web Developer; Childcare

If you qualify for one of these positions, and are interested in a partial work-trade, please contact us with a description of your skill set, a resume, and a clear proposal.
