The EOL EXPANSION Track - EOL In Action
The EOL Expansion Track is an alumni-specific pathway to deepen your EOL practice, leverage your inner gardening work, and powerfully expand your canopy, expression of your gifts, and your service path.
As part of the EOL Expansion Track, you will: • Optimize and integrate your EOL tools • Design a personal leadership development path • Receive new levels of support • Leverage your inner gardening work to bring your creative scenes to life • Be held in a strong, focused cohort of other alums also moving powerfully from root work to canopy expansion - engaging their vision, stepping into service and their contribution in the world |
The Expansion Track -- EOL in Action supports a small cohort of alums to leverage and anchor their previous EOL experience and expand their canopy through powerful, heart--centered action -while continuing to deepen their work in roots and soil. New support structures will include personal one--on--one coaching, developing a personalized leadership in action plan, new customized curriculum, ceremonial components, and being in a cohort of alumni who are all ready to take their EOL work to the next level.
Functionally, the Expansion Track - EOL in Action program will be embedded within the January-June EOL Village. Expansion Track participants attend all EOL session days. They are essentially another layer within the village -- part of the greater village, but also forming their own cohort, with their own pod(s), separate instruction tracks, and new levels of support.
