OUR COMMITMENT TO  SOCIAL JUSTICE, equity and belonging

Picture
The Ecology of Leadership is committed to social justice, equity and creating a community of belonging.  We are committed to creating a courageous, authentic space which welcomes a diverse group of participants, across lines of race, class, gender, sexual orientation, age and socio-economic status .

Our leadership team is committed to doing our own work in order to make the EOL village as safe and inclusive a space as possible. Our facilitation team is made up of a diverse group of people, who represent a spectrum of racial, gender, life stage (age), socio-economic status and other kinds of diversity.

We are also committed to our program being a vehicle for the awareness and transformation of greater societal structures which reinforce inequality, lack of equity, discrimination, oppression, and injustice. We speak openly and transparently about these topics as part of the program, and welcome participants to bring their voice and participation to our collective transformation.  We know that we still have a lot to learn about how to build the more beautiful world that our hearts know is possible, and are grateful for the opportunity to practice together in the EOL village.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT & SCHOLARSHIPS

If you consider yourself part of a marginalized group, there may be a possibility of receiving a reduced tuition for the program. As part of our commitment to social justice, inclusion, accessibility, and the diversity of our village, we offer a limited number of partial scholarships. If you would like to apply, please complete our Scholarship Application.  You can also visit our page Your Investment to learn more.

It is through financial contributions that we have been able to provide scholarships to those who would otherwise have been unable to participate due to financial constraints.  These scholarships have helped to increase the diversity of our village and programs and have enriched all of our experiences, not to mention providing the recipients with a life-transforming opportunity.

We would love to invite you to contribute to our scholarship fund if you have the capacity to do so.  You can make a contribution via our Eventbrite page - follow the link below.

THANK YOU.
