APPLICATION TO JOIN the
ALUMNI FACILITATION TEAM
Which EOL circle are you applying for (Summer 2017 or Fall 2017-18)?
What has your previous experience in the Ecology of Leadership container opened up in your life so far, and what aspects of EOL are drawing you back for deeper work?
Why do you feel the timing is right to join the Facilitation Team right now?
Where are you most lit up in your life and leadership right now?
Where are your growing, emerging edges?
Where in your life and leadership do you feel most called to grow right now? How would being on the Facilitation Team support you in that growth?
What qualities and gifts do you feel you would bring to the Facilitation Team?
A big theme of being on the Facilitation Team is developing capacity to do you own work while holding space for others. Where do you see yourself in your ability to show up powerfully in support of the circle, knowing where you are on your inner healing journey?
What do you most want to receive from being on the Facilitation Team, and what are you most excited about giving?
How are the EOL tools and practices alive in your life and leadership right now? Describe any practices and core routines you draw from on a daily or weekly basis that are most important to you.
Are there any conditions or personal needs that you feel are important for the facilitators to know about, or current life circumstances that might prevent you from fully participating in the program? Please include any psychiatric conditions, medical conditions, or emotional or chemical imbalances for which you have been diagnosed, and if so how you are being supported in working with this (e.g. therapy, medication, exercise, etc.). We will hold this confidential.
As a member of the Facilitation Team, you are committing to participate in all sessions of the program for which you are applying. You are responsible for reviewing in detail the dates and times of sessions before submitting your application. By submitting your application, you are committing to being present for all sessions. In addition, please consider your availability to engage with buddies, POD, and assignments for roughly 6-10 hours of time each month. Can you foresee any challenges meeting these requirements? a. All program weekends b. A full day pre-launch retreat 9 am – 9 pm in Bolinas the day before each program starts. c. Pre-weekend facilitation team meetings the evening before each weekend starts, from 6 – 9 pm. d. Post-weekend debrief meetings every Sunday evening from 6-7:30 pm e. One facilitation team conference call between each EOL weekend f. Support of a group of 5-6 EOL participants between the weekends (format TBD, but may include making yourself available for conference calls, and email / phone correspondence)
Are you able to attend all sessions including evening programming? If you know of a conflict, please describe.
Are there any other reflections you would like to share with us as we consider your application to join the Facilitation Team?
The sliding scale tuition for Facilitation Team (first round of participation) is $1200-$2400. What are you able to contribute as your investment for this educational pathway?
